  Sintered bronze alloy on low carbon steel. (High-accuracy bimetal friction plate made by different process. Material strip made by sintering and rolling for many times). Valve plates are under fine blanking, machining, double-sided grinding and ther processing. That is "Steel Backing Layer + Sintered Bronze Alloyed Layer".

1.Key part of high-pressure piston pump, it forms a friction pair with the piston pump cylinder, where the cylinder plane and the oil distribution plate rub each other.

2.CuSn10Pb10 (SAE792) and other lead bronze alloys have good self-lubricating performance, it cansignificantly reduce

 

the frictional heat during high-speed operation, avoid problems such as burning plate seizure.

3.Low-carbon steel plate has high mechanical strength, so the product deformation is small under pressure,the oil distribution plate can always be in uniform contact with the cylinder plane, low noise during working.

4.Cost effective than totally bronze plate.

The Pump Piston Retainer Plate serves to secure and retain the pistons in the rotating barrel of the hydraulic piston pump assembly in place. It has holes for each piston, allowing them to slide in and out as the pump operates. This plate ensures that the pistons remain in their respective slots while allowing the necessary motion for the operation of the hydraulic piston pump.

• Helps to minimize the risk of structural fatigue by distributing the load and stress across a wider area

The Pump Piston Retainer Plate is used in the hydraulic piston pump to hold and secure the pistons which are subjected to vibrations, shocks, or other forces that could cause the piston to come loose or fall out. It helps to maintain proper rotational motion and alignment of the pistons in the pump.
