Spring Steel Bushings are also called as tension bushings, jaw bushings with standard AISI6150 (ASTM A29), 50CrV4 (DIN1.8159), SUP 10 (JIS G4801), 50CrVA (GB/T 3077), as well as 65Mn (GB/T 1222-2007) hardened spring steels with higher wear resistance. Those spring bushings are also with surface treatment by zinc coating, phosphating or bonderizing to guarantee bushings’ higher corrosion resistance, etc.
In principle, sinobronze bushes are performed without lubrication. However, special requires let those bushings have grease grooves, or even oil holes, since lubrication and higher precision can improve those bushings’ working life, and reduce working noise at the same time. Easy replacement is a big advantage, too!

Material Features
• SinoBronze hardened steel bearings deliver greater wear resistance while the interior remains ductile and resistant to cracking; • Appropriate for heavy equipment, hydraulic cushioning and rotational applications; • Special alloy contains manganese and vanadium for improved strength and toughness, increased hardening rate and higher wear resistance.
