  Self-lubricating Fiber Reinforced Composite Bearings

Wound PTFE and fibers + Wound fiberglass epoxy resin backing

Material Descriptions

In order to meet the needs of high-load self-lubricating bearings in a wide range of applications, Sinobronze has developed a series of fiber-reinforced composite self-lubricating bearing products.
These bearings combine the excellent lubricating properties of PTFE with the strength and stability of a directional fiberglass wound structure.
This structure provides high axial and radial strength for bearings under high load conditions.

Structures

•  玻璃纤维缠绕结构
    Fiberglass wound constructure
    - ensuring superior hoop strength and dimensional stability
•  环氧树脂为基体
    Epoxy resin matrix
    - providing excellent chemical resistance and structural integrity
•  一体式特氟龙编织结构
    Integrated PTFE woven structure
    - delivering consistent low-friction performance without seams or delamination risks
