AISI 1045 / SAE 1045 / C45 / S45C hardened steel with surface blackening
SinoBronze hardened steel bushings are backed with steel, and it`s inner surface has many spiral oil grooves, oil rings, oil holes, round and elliptical oil sockets. After quenched and tempered, the surface roughness and wear-resistant has been improved.
This type of product is used in engineering machinery field and applications that demand high wear resistance without cracking under heavy load. 
Material Features
•  SinoBronze hardened steel bearings deliver greater wear resistance while the interior
    remains ductile and resistant to cracking;
•  Appropriate for heavy equipment, hydraulic cushioning and rotational applications;
•  Special alloy contains manganese and vanadium for improved strength and toughness,   
    increased hardening rate and higher wear resistance.
